Our Mission & Vision Statement
Our management and team of qualified care workers endeavour to service our clients to the highest possible standard of care. We feel that attention to detail is vital and this is evident from our ongoing refurbishment - which sympathetic to the buildings period - to our finely manicured gardens, and a diverse menu of quality food.
We are all committed to over delivering our clients’ (and their representatives) expectations. From an initial telephone or email enquiry, to a personalised tour of our home by our manager, we act upon requests in a manner appropriate to their nature, as we fully acknowledge the importance of you making contact.
We shall collaborate with other health systems and act for those in need with their best interests at all times. We naturally feel a great responsibility to our clients (and client’s representatives), so look to deflect the emotional stress of difficult situations and conversations.
The general wellness of our clients is also paramount in our thoughts. At Ashbourne House Care Home, we take seriously our duty of care for both the physical and emotional well-being of our clients. To this end, we have a range of activities to stimulate both body and mind.
As a privately-owned residential care home, we have a strong focus on the relationships we build with our clients and their families in and around the Henleaze and Clifton areas of Bristol. Our long-serving staff members put a lot of time and energy into pastoral care to ensure residents enjoy life at Ashbourne House Care Home, and retain as much independence as possible whilst having all their needs met.
Our staff are fully qualified to deliver first-class health care to all our residents, including those who are limited by a physical or mental vulnerability. Residents are given a full assessment before moving in, to ensure we are able to fully meet all their needs.
